Mouse Monoclonal, RTU. Intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) use. CD34 is a cell surface glycophosphoprotein expressed on human hematopoietic progenitor cells and can be used for identifying blast cells. CD34 is a marker for vascular endothelial cells and has been shown in literature to high highly sensitive for angiosarcomas and Kaposi’s sarcomas. In addition, CD34 is expressed in soft tissue tumors such as gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).
