Can I use a stain kit beyond its expiration?

Each stain kit component will have its own expiration date. If an individual component is expired, a replacement can be purchased separately on statlab.com.

How can I fix a damaged RFID tag on Quantum antibodies?

Damaged RFID tags on Quantum-optimized antibodies can be reprogrammed. Contact technical support to walk through this process together.

Where is my order?

Download Certificates of Analysis by searching by lot number on the Certificate of Analysis portal

How do I submit an H&E stain evaluation request?

The StatLab Technical Support team works with laboratories to provide a variety of options for H&E stain optimization in your lab. Learn more about the process here.

How do I request an SDS?

First, search the StatLab SDS/IFU online database by product name and number. If unavailable, submit a ticket to technical support with the item number.

Why is my product in a different bottle than previously? Has the product changed?

Due to the pandemic and a rapidly changing supply chain, StatLab has made modifications to bottle shapes and caps to ensure supply. Sometimes this has resulted in a slightly different shape or lid than previously used, but you can be confident that no product formulations have changed without customer communication.

I'm having problems with my neutralized formalin testing correctly.

Make sure you are using the correct neutralizer test for the neutralizer product in use at your lab. If you are using liquid NeutraGreen, use NTS-50 test strips to test. If you are using NeutraSafe powdered product, use FTK/25 to test.
