Why did StatLab partner with BBC?

BBC was founded over 28 years ago by a pathologist who wanted to provide improved fixation and staining products, and StatLab shares the same passionate commitment to providing quality products and service to customers. As a result of the partnership, you can experience an expanded product portfolio and access to an expert technical support team to support your complete pathology laboratory workflow from specimen collection through advanced staining.

Does anything change with my current ordering process?

As of August 3rd, orders will be placed through StatLab, and payments made out and sent to StatLab. When you call customer service you will speak with a helpful customer service representative who will help you place orders with StatLab for the products you need.

What about online ordering?

After August 3rd, you will no longer be able to order online at BBCUS.com, and all online orders will be placed through StatLab.com. To get this process started you can register for online ordering here.

Will my products or packaging change?

This depends on your previous order history. Some standard products will retain the same formulation but may have StatLab branding. Any custom prefills will retain your branding. I will communicate if there are any other product updates that will create an impact based on your order history.

Will my pricing change?

Our goal is to prevent disruption in pricing on all standard products. Some unit of measurements will change, and as a result you may see updated pricing. As your representative, we will revisit your order history together and work through each product to find a clear path forward.

Will I receive my orders within the same timeframe that I did before?

We understand that delivery efficiency and speed are a top priority, and work to fulfill orders placed and processed before 2PM CST on the very same day. Please refer to shipping maps here for approximate transit times: Central and West Distribution, East Distribution.

Who do I contact for technical assistance?

When you work with StatLab, you have access to an entire team of technical experts with a history of practical experience in laboratories like yours. Contact our technical team with any product questions.

My Favorite Products

My favorite StatLab products are our prefills, hTERT antibody, Vintage Stain Line, and our ESPO Printer. StatLab's patented StatClick prefills are leakproof and customizable. Our hTERT antibody assists urologists in detecting bladder cancer sooner. StatLab's Vintage Stain Line is high-quality and cost-effective. The ESPO printer can print up to 20 slides per minute with without taking up too much counterspace.
