Both OG-6 and EA-50 serve as primary stains, producing producing pink, green, orange, yellow, or brown cytoplasm, pink to red nucleoli, cilia, squamous cells, and red blood cells. Hematoxylin acts as a secondary stain, producing blue chromatin and nuclei.
