Saccomanno Collection Fluid

A pre-mixed, ready-to-use fixative used for the collection of sputum. Lyses red blood cells. Mucoproteins remain suspended. Cells from samples are easily concentrated by centrifuging or filtering. Cells display excellent staining characteristics.
