Bluing Reagent, Scott’s Formula

Contains magnesium sulfate and sodium bicarbonate. pH controlled for consistent and quick bluing of hematoxylin. It replaces many rinses and washes which sometimes result in the loss of cellular detail or the loss of tissue sections. Produces rapid bluing and crisp nuclear detail.
